Two Partners & A Dream takes pride in producing quality, professional products.
We strive to ensure that each and every item that leaves our shop is in perfect condition.

Please CLICK HERE to e-mail us if you are experiencing a problem with a printed product that you have purchased from Two Partners & A Dream. Please include your phone number so we can contact you to resolve the problem.

Returns are accepted for product manufacturing flaws and defects and must be pre-authorized by Two Partners & A Dream. All original materials must be returned attached to product (yes, there has been an instance for this disclaimer).
Non-defective goods are not returnable.

All returned merchandise is subject to company inspection and repair or replacement in lieu of credit or refund within seven (7) days of delivery. In all cases, Two Partners & A Dream liability shall be limited to its stated selling price of the product or service to the customer.

If installation and trimming instructions are not followed THIS WARRANTY IS VOID:

Damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, faulty installation and / or acts of God.

Two Partners & A Dream strives to produce professional results on each and every item that we produce. In the case of goods supplied by Two Partners & A Dream, we have the option to replace or repair defective merchandise. The customer shall have no right to cover by procuring substitute goods.

Other Stuff

Normal delivery time is 10 to 15 working days from the time Two Partners & A Dream receives the confirmed order. Rush orders (less than 7 working days) are subject to an additional fee of 25% of total order.

Wisconsin state and county sales tax of 5.5% will be included in the prices. (Wisconsin residents only). By ordering from Two Partners & A Dream, I agree to the terms and conditions of Two Partners & A Dream

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that any customized design does not infringe copyright laws. We require written authorization from an authorized agent for all trademarked, copyrighted, or registered logos PRIOR to printing the requested logo.

Two Partners & A Dream reserves the right to select carriers, including all package services, air carriers and motor freight carriers for delivery. It is our intention to select the most economical method of transit.

Two Partners & A Dream is not responsible for shipping delays caused by delivery services (IE. Fed Ex, UPS, etc.). All shortages, claims, and discrepancies must be reported to Two Partners & A Dream within five (5) days of delivery. Failure to make such a timely claim shall constitute a complete and irrevocable acceptance of the shipment.

If, for whatever reason, a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, (supplied by the customer) nobody home, not picked up, etc., the customer shall be charged any fees charged by the returning delivery service.

All returned checks for any reason will have a $30.00 handling charge to your account.
