I don’t see the size of window cling that I need, can you make a special size just for me?
We actually do not have any “standard sizes”, we purchase our material on large rolls 50 inches wide by 50 feet long. Your order is printed on this large roll, then cut off protected, trimmed and finally shipped.

How do I know I’ll like the pattern that you make for me?
Before we print on anything, we send out E-mail samples of your image. So you’ll know exactly what it looks like. Only with your finial approval do we print & ship.

I would like a window cling made, that is 8” wide by 60” tall for a side door light.
Sure we can do that. We need a little help from you deciding what pattern to use. We have done flowers, birds, fish, stars and several other patterns, let us know what you would like.

How long will it take to get my order?
We normally ship your order in about a week. If there will be any delays at all we will let you know then.

What is the best way to order?

Do you accept Credit Cards?
Yes we do both VISA and MASTER CARD.

Can I put a window cling on my textured/ frosted window, shower door or walls?
We do have a window cling product that will stick to almost anything. Its called wall paper and uses a low tack adhesive to ensure its placement. But can still be removed after even a year in place, with no residue left behind.

Can I use a window cling to block the suns glare and heat?
Yes using a window cling to block the glare is really one of the best things they do. Also because of the UV protectors built right into all of our window cling products they do a great job of stopping the heat at your windows.

I bought a cheaply made window cling somewhere else, and it doesn't’t stick, peels at the corners, fades, and is just a problem. How do I know that yours will work?
We have also purchased cheap window clings in the past. So when Mary Ann & I started printing on them, we made a special effort to find the best quality products that we could. Our prices might be a little higher than the local discount shop, but its only because our product merits it. Ask us for a free sample, and we’ll prove it to you.

Do you offer any window clings for privacy?
Our privacy window clings are very effective privacy screens. We use a special material on these to give it a very white frosted look. It still lets the sun come in, but you cannot see thru it. And best of all you can see the image on both sides.

Can you do bulk orders for my company/organization?
Yes, we have done window clings for some very large companies. As it is you have probably seen our work without even realizing it. At car shows, banks, delis, fund raisers, and company promotions. Just think of us whenever you see a window cling in use.

What are your window clings made of?
Static cling vinyl is a special formulation of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) to which a large amount of plasticizer (a liquid) has been added. This highly plasticized formulation is exceptionally pliable. When the vinyl film is applied to a smooth, glossy surface, it adheres firmly without the need for an adhesive. Because there is no adhesive, application or installation is very easy. It can be removed and reapplied nearly indefinitely.

What kind of applications can I use a window cling for?
Window clings work great, when you need something that can be removed from time to time. Seasonal displays, promotions, or just bored of looking at the same thing. You can now change your window decorations to suit your decor, or your store windows for your latest promotions. We have even used window clings for parades on the sides of cars.

Is it difficult to install a window cling?
Not really, the window cling wants to stick to your window, just be sure to clean your windows and follow the installation instructions that we supply with your order.

Can you make a window cling from my photo, and how can I get a photo to you?
Yes we can, and because its a digital process it will come out looking just like your photo. Getting a photo to us is easy. If its already on your computer, just find a contact us button. And where it says upload photo, browse to find your photo. If you need to mail us a photo, simply insert it into a photo mailer along with a piece of cardboard. Mark it with PHOTO DO NOT BEND, and send it off to us.

Will I get my photo back?
Yes, we will include your photo along with your order when we ship it out.

Do you have a minimum order?
No We do not. Some companies require it, we don’t.

What do I need to install your static window clings?
We include installation instructions along with every order. But here are a few guidelines to help you along.
You will need a sharp knife, spray bottle of water, and a little patience. Spray the glass surface with a little water, and gently ‘float’ the window cling to where you want it. When you are happy with where it is, wipe the cling from the center out to remove the water. Then just trim with a sharp knife to fit your window perfectly.

I received my order and it has an extra border around it, and its bigger than I ordered, Why?
When we create your order, its very common for us to leave an extra outside border. This way when its installed, there is a margin for trimming. This also allows for less than perfect measurements (No one is perfect). Its far easier to trim a little than try to make it grow.
